NEW Beingness rising from within. As of January 2025, we collectively arrived deeply into the
new shore. Now that we are here…are you ready to trust your-self…More?
The journey of February is to TRUST your High heart as it reaches into the depth of your eternal
nature to call forward ever MORE of your Divine presence into full remembrance. To
INTEGRATE All of the fields that are still seemingly opposite into a richly woven and master-fully
aware YOU!
Inviting an affirming breath to soar from your heart to your crown and then to accept that
vision into THIS MOMENT is the key. Relax and smile at any-thing that has ever tried to stop
you in the KNOWING that through your awareness you are all-ready soaring higher than the
momentum that would prevent your guaranteed success!
With wings that ignited in January…this is your moment! As you remember your-self … may
trust of the blessing bestowed upon you show you the way! With ever greater Peace, Love and
Joy through your Integrated Divine Mastery Presence, ready to serve the emerging world.
February 2025 Integration Practice:
Creation through Balance
As you are comfortable this process is equally effective either standing or lying down.
Optimally be outside and if possible you can record the meditation and play back to yourself or
simply read it and internalize the process. February is a month of Creation through balance and
this process gifted to your-self once per day is a loving support.
Relax into your body either by firmly feeling your feet upon the ground or lying on your back
with your legs stretched out and your arms by your side. Simply relax and notice if your body is
calling to you. If so, attend to the needs of the body and then relax into this process.
Settled into your comfortable space if it is safe to do so close your eyes and notice your breath
without attempting to control it. Try to just notice your breath as you call forward an inward
smile.
Deeply Breathe upward into your crown chakra and notice the subtle joy that is rising.
Continue to breath and notice that breath escape from your crown as it reaches upward as a
fountain of light to ignite your eighth chakra as a luminescent rainbow lotus. Relax into simply
noticing this energy.
Connecting with this energy, as the lotus gently spins and if you are standing, you may move
your arms and gently move your body staying connected with this lotus at the eighth. Call
forward from the center of that lotus a brilliant beam of crystalline light as it becomes as if a
comet rising and then quickly connects with your second chakra. Notice your second chakra
blooming with the energy of balance as your first chakra SMILES with the PEACE Of KNOWING
you are RECEIVING.
Relaxing into receiving in this moment, simply let go of time and BE. Through the gift of this
stillness YOU ARE receiving creation respiration!
Call forward a conscious smile. Breathe and gaze inward toward your lotus eighth chakra.
TRUST what you are guided to receive as your higher self comes forward to boldly remind YOU
of the Master YOU ARE.
